Pace or Late NYOpera for CM20?

I want to finally bring my NYOpera to a CM, and ive decided that CM20 is the one.

I have heard that Pace is unfortunately not that great in CM20 due to lack of great accel options, while late have the ever-present Claw Forward from the Coachinator.

Will it be reliable to proc NYOpe ult as a late? Or should I just acquiesce and run her as pace after all?
