Profile evaluation

Hi all,
I am looking for profile evaluation as a PSU employee. I have been working with a defence PSU for past 4 years and 2 months in R&D domain. My work ex revolve around development of mechanical system, testing and prototype building also some cross functional teamwork.

My acads are-
10th : 95%
12th : 91.2%
Undergrad: 89.4% (Tier 1 NIT) in mechanical engineering

I am yet to appear for my GMAT. I want to understand how ISB is gonna evaluate my profile with my experience in core sector. Does this kind of profile makes the cut ? Some of my friends have been to ISB from PSU but with operations background.
