Duffle Bag recommendation?

My setup so far has always been: 1x 110L Sparco Duffle Bag + 1x 5.11 back pack (+ 1x small patagonia duffle optional). I like this setup as it allowed me to move quickly and be mobile no matter what (carry everything, stairs, cobble stone, etc).

Recently I've started getting more travels (50+ flights a year) and while the backpack has been a loyal companion for 7+ years, I've just went thru my 2nd Sparco Duffle in 1 year. I've had it for ~3 years before the zipper gave in in Almaty, right before a flight to Moscow, causing me to scramble for a new piece of luggage which wasn't pleasant. Ditched the emergency suitcase I bought and changed it for a new, identical Sparco in Moscow. Fast forward a few months, I receive it in SFO from Delta with tears on both ends... Fixed it up with tape so it would hold up for my flight to Zurich but now it's time to replace. What do I get?

I'm reluctant to get another Sparco as they don't seem to hold up too well.

Torn between getting another duffle (any recommendations sub ~ $200?) or a wheeled suitcase... Never had any of these but I can only imagine how impractical they would be if you had to move by metro, foot or anything other than straight into a car from the airport...
