Career paths after teaching?

Seriously I've got to find something else. School year only just started and I can't be arsed to take this shit seriously anymore. Between the horrific disrespect of these kids in class, the insane workload of constantly grading, planning, documenting behaviors, and calling parents outside of the classroom, the constant screentime these schools force on the children, the declining literacy outcomes, all for mediocre pay, it's just so exhausting. I know I could try to tough it out till the end of the year and try yet another round of applications to try to find a better school to work for, but honestly at this point I wish I had gone any other direction.

Anyone else make the shift out?
