An-124 Xbox — Engines 2, 3, 5 & 6 stuck at IDLE despite full throttle

Hey everyone, I’m having a weird issue with the An-124 on Xbox in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Engines 2, 3, 5, and 6 are staying at IDLE / around 21% even when I put the throttles all the way forward. The other engines respond normally.
Things I’ve checked:
Auto-throttle is not armed
Found the low-thrust switches and turned them off, but it didn’t fix it
Throttle is being moved to full
Engines 2/3/5/6 still show IDLE
I’m also having a weird issue with the right-side windshield wipers being stuck/in the wrong position
I’ve seen some older reports of Xbox users having similar issues with Antonov aircraft, including engines 2/3/5/6 staying at idle, but I haven’t found anything specifically recent for the An-124.
Has anyone else experienced this on Xbox? Is there a specific switch, setting, or workaround I’m missing?
