Braindead Simple Tutorial.

I've read descriptions, I've watched videos, I've played the tutorial and even a match or two, but when it comes to the tales of tribute card game thing in ESO, I am so completely lost & confused as to how in the world you play this thing, let alone win somehow. Anybody out there possibly have a sycinct, concise explanation or maybe a link to a video that breaks it down as if Im a slow child? Thanks.
