[TOMT] A movie where night an day are seperate

I'm looking for this children's movie, i don't know the year it was made. I just remember that the animation looks like it was old school.

I only remember the beginning of the movie. It's about how the world was divided into two, night and day. The day was growing plants and stuff.

I think there was a part in the beginning where it talked about the legend of the night and day being inlove with each other.

I also think there was a scene about 2 kids from both sides seeing each other or something.

I'm so sorry this was very vague, I just keep remembering it at random times and I become so curious.

It's not "Day and Night" by Pixar and "The Princess Twins of Legendale"
