Am i softlocked or do i just need to do something else?

Im currently doing the Ms Charm-Snake Questline with the fake coins. I already got the fake coins. tried to talk to snake and tried both options of "Ive just met her" and "Yes were lovers" but once after each conversation ends, nothing pops up anymore about the coins.

Am i doing it right? Ive currently reloaded and stored the fake coins first
