Employee scheduling software for a theater and events venue

I manage HR at a consulting firm, we went from 40 to 120 people in the past 2.5 years. Everyone is on different project schedules, some are client site, some remote and hybrid. Right now we track working hours in a shared Google Sheet, leave requests come in through email and overtime is basically an honor system lol. Payroll team is manually reconciling everything at month end and its taking two days minimum. So I would want to ask bout your experiences with various tools before so I save time.
