Spinal fusion problems

Hello! I had 2 open surgeries in 10 months. The last one was a revision 5 months ago, changing 2 screws in l5 vertebra, one was moving. I have an alif 360 degrees. L5-s1. I do have bony bridges inside my alif cage, and no subsidence, moving of the cage, with titanium incorpating in the bone. I have non stop pulling, tightening, achy muscles sensastions, contractions, that pills can not handle it. Right at the left and the right on the incision, sometimes above and bellow. I had a few weeks feeling better and i was walking a lot. Recently i am in bad flair again regretting this surgery. Miorelaxants do nothing. Heat increases pain. A recent spect ct scan showed no psuedoartrohis, hardware stable, despite the fact that recemtly i have started to hear some little popping in the back.

Did you had to deal with something like this? If you did, how did you handle it? Injections or what?
