Is Linnea better than Zibai C1 even if I have C6 Gorou?

My team atm is Columbina C2 - C0 Zibai - C2 Illuga - C6 Gorou

If there will really be a Linnea/Zibai banner soon, I assume Illuga will be one of the 4 stars, so I wanna pull on that banner for sure to get cons.

If we get a banner like this, which side would be wise to pull on? I saw posts like this where people asked similar questions, but with a lower constellation Gorou, and people there recommended to get Linnea instad of Zibai C1. But idk if Gorou C6 changes things, since his C6 is really good.

Also it might be an insane cope on my part, but there were a lot of talks of Liyue buffs recently. And since Zhongli is already a pretty good option for Zibai (and I have a Zhongli already), if he gets buffed, I could see him being a good option for Linnea-less accounts.

What do you think?
