Lintel and brick dipping

Hello can anyone advice me please
Had steel beam installed
One end is in the house and one end in the new extension brickwork
The beam resting on the new extension bricks has window entry but I have noticed the lintel is dipping in the middle due to the weight of the beam.It is a ‘V’shaped lintel.Please help any advice appreciated
