internet still not activated?

hi, just moved into a new flat roughly a week ago and had hyperoptic set up to activate on that day. however, it’s been like 6 days and our internet still hasn’t been activated despite hyperoptic saying on their website that it’d be done in “30mins”. is anyone else having the same issue?
