Your website is probably losing buyers you never even knew existed.
We’ve trained ourselves to call someone a “lead” when they fill out a form.
So then we celebrate: Demo request. Form fill. Conversion.
And everything else gets labelled “non-converted traffic.”
But what about someone who:
→ checks pricing
→ reads your case studies
→ compares integrations
→ comes back three days later
→ spends 20 minutes researching
→ leaves without talking to anyone
Did you lose them?
Or did you simply fail to understand them?
Because there’s a weird gap in B2B websites:
We’re very good at measuring what visitors do.
We’re much worse at understanding why they’re doing it.
And by the time they finally fill out a form, a huge part of the buying journey has already happened and clearly missed by the team. That's the problem we're exploring with Dronggo.
What can your website understand about a buyer before they raise their hand?
What is the most useful buying signal you've seen from an anonymous visitor — and how did you actually know it was a buying signal?
No pitch. I'm genuinely looking for examples that challenge the idea.
