How long a Tinnitus instability can last after an accoustic shock?

Nearly 2 month ago i have an accoustic schock from a 3W Greedo speaker pointed to the roof next to me. Since that day everthing is going out of control and it's now pure chaos.

Previously i haved an annyoing yet manageable tinnitus, modérate the morning, severe the evening before going to sleep and it reset every day. Now 2 month after, i'm on the edge of madness. I haved reactiv T they have go nuts, hyperacousis it go nuts, circadian cycle of my Tinnitus completely ruined and absolute non sense.

Since the day of the shock everything have progressively going beyond every worst case scenario i haved imagined......

So i need some light, some hope. Because new each day seems worse than the last. How long your tinnitus spike have going completely nuts and anarchic, pure chaotic level, degenerative state, before having a glimpse of stability?
