The Why:

Quest: Scripter - I came up with this idea after finding out that Riot has an achievement for ARAM that tracks how many skillshots you dodged that game. I thought this would be a really cool mechanic to de-incentivize players from thoughtlessly spamming abilities and reward dodging skillshots.

Lobbying - Simple, has a low skill floor and a high skill ceiling for optimal use. Can skip voting to save for 2nd round of GoH, etc.

Think Fast: Heavy inspiration from the TFT augment Think Fast - the nature of this augment is that it has insanely high or low value depending on if you thought fast enough... Again another low skill floor but high skill ceiling for optimal use - rewards players for thinking ahead of time/planning that this augment could appear especially during special scenarios like tahm kench GoH, etc.

As a side note, I really dislike stat multipler/scaling augments unless they're niched down enough to make them not viable every game (cough\* ADAPt/Wooglets/Eureka) - On the flip side, I really love skill expressive augments like Castle which have a very low skill floor but insanely high skill ceiling - a noob can almost always get some value from Castle, but a great player can set up a round-winning play with it.
