I’m just found out about prone humping yesterday, can anyone explain the basic and right and wrong to me

Yesterday I was talking to someone and he advised me to put on chastity and prone humping in order to feel more feminine. But I’ve never heard of prone humping until I found this community. I’ve been reading some of the advice and I’m a bit confused about how it should be done. Some say it’s harmful and some say it’s not. Can any experienced old timers tell me the whole thing.
