Good aows to put on curved swords or a katana?

I wanna play again after 8 months bc of the dlc and most of all I want to do some pvp or maybe the arena, and did a lil respec to put some of the strength into dex (was 57 str and 27 dex before and now its more even). Felt like trying to power stance curved swords or something like that and wondering what ashes of war to use instead of the default spinning slash, I don't remember them that well so I came here to ask 😭 Also I have 45 faith if that's of any use
