is it possible to arrange my classes UTM?

I will be a first year at UTM and I found out that UiTM has a timetable generator. It seems that UTM doesn't have one. I don't know if every university works the same with scheduling where you choose classes for each subject and get enough credit.

As a first year, I'm not expecting to arrange my schedule for first sem. I'm hoping I could squeeze in a part-time job for second sem. Does every university let us choose the classes? Cuz I'd like to plan my classes, but I'm not sure how to do it. Sorry if my question is a little confusin 😞
