Padrón issues Madrid

Hi! I went to a padrón appt yesterday (chamberí) and they said i couldn’t get it because the landlord listed on my lease is not the person listed in their system. One of my roommates had the same problem and when she asked our landlord what to do he said he couldn’t help her. I wouldn’t be too stressed about it but I need it for my program to enroll in social security and probably for my tie. Does anyone have any advice??
