Help regarding booking shuttle from metro station

I will be going to JGU on Friday for a day-long workshop. Will be travelling from South Delhi on the metro. Please guide me through booking the shuttle from the metro. I would need to be there by 8:30 and the event ends at 7. So are there shuttles to the metro available so late?
