No major side effects on Adderall??

Started Adderall XR in early August (10mg, now on 20mg).

I keep seeing posts about crashes, irritability, and other intense side effects, but I’ve almost never had any of that—even after the honeymoon phase. Only things I get are dry mouth and lower appetite.

Anyone else the same? Do you actually “feel” your meds? I don’t really feel mine anymore, but I know they’re working because I can focus and get stuff done without getting distracted every few minutes. Just wondering if feeling them more also means feeling more emotional side effects.
