Caught a cold

Im moderate-severe in month 3 and in psych ward and now I caught some sickness and my throat hurts.

Im scared everything gets worse now. Im being released in a month and I dont have a lot of support and dont know how I will make it.

Im scared my whole state will get even worse maybe new PEM and I dont know if I will make it honestly.
