Movie like shin kemen rider and black sun

I love this movie (mostly because it was my first interaction with kamen rider) and I looking for something similar. Movies I already watched and like very much: evil dead 2 (I like Ash ), Ichi the killer(I like main character even more) , Meatball Machine, Robocop, Gozu, Mad max, tv series: doctor who, star trek strange new worlds. I also watched Tetsuo the iron man but even when body horror and costume is great whole movie is not something I enjoy because there is very weird transitions between scenes and story is messy
