Trying to find a place called "Ozcorp"

I've been going down a rabbit hole of spider-man and spider-men videos. Then I came across a video where some people ran into one of the villains that they'd face. I think he called himself "Norman Ozborn" and he kept trying to find a place called "Ozcorp" If the theories are to be believed, I think Norman was from an alternate earth.

Where Ozcorp was their equivalent to Stark industries. I tried looking up the name and no such luck. The only thing I could find was a production company in Australia. But I doubt that's what Norman wanted to find. I did look up Ozborn on a family linage site. And I did find a man called "Harry Osborn" but I can't tell if he's a brother or a spouse of Norman.

I need to figure this out because the speculation is driving me hulk mad.
