Cash Arrangement 😵‍💫 . Can anyone give any idea (see body)

I am taking admission into NSMCH Bihta. I will be going for admission and I have made DD but the problem is 130k cash (hidden fees) .

The card limit is 40k/day that's no issue we have multiple cards. The problem is only about the cash present in ATM at that time, How much cash does a ATM machine hold?

I cannot use bank as those mfs are on strike.

And also I am not local so I have no idea about ATM there.

Can someone genuinely help?
