I’m 26F and been working in programmatic now for 5 years and really need to get out of the agency side as it’s making me almost physically ill.

I’m currently at a small agency and hate it. No SLAs, rude client, unrealistic expectations, awful management etc. I do the full life cycle from planning to campaign analysis to ad ops, but it never seems enough; for not a great salary they demand more and more.

Anyone with any ideas to where best to transfer my skillset?
