Facial analysis and surgical recommendations

I'm interested in doing the facial analysis with surgical add on. I'm curious if anyone has added the surgical add on for their facial analysis?

If so, were you given a morph of what you could look like with the surgeries? How detailed were the recommendations? Did you agree with the recommendations? Did you move forward with the recommendations? Any insight you can provide would be great.
