Can I still wear old RX?

My previous optometrist seemingly over minused one eye so I went to a new optometrist because i started to feel off. It was my first rx so I didn’t know what they were supposed to feel like. He had me at -.50 and -1.00 with 5 axis on the right at 1.50 and .25 on the left with 180 axis
My new rx is virtually the same on the right but the left is -1.00 - .75 and an axis of 167. I bought glasses in the new rx and they are more comfortable but the normal distance images are the same. The previous rx with one eye closed the left is crazy clear What do I do with my old glasses? Is there any harm in still wearing them when they match my outfit?
