Placement after CFA L2 vs L3

A profile of 89%, 84%, and 75%, and a CFA L2. (1 yoe)

Someone from Reddit told me its difficult to even land a 20 lpa job in this profile and i should reconsider doing an MBA.

I have to finance a huge chunk of it through a loan, So Please guide me through something so that i can know what am i getting into:

1. Is my current profile good enough for consulting or Finance roles for around 25-35 LPA package (like not the BCG/Bain types obviously)

2. Should i do a CFA L3, if my current profile isnt upto the mark
