Several versions of every main quest

Hi everyone.

So I got a weird bug on my save. I have a lot of mods but I think this might have been caused by some sort of update to the game perhaps? Because I don't remember adding anything on that day.

Anyway, apparently I have one version of every main quest for every single stage of it.

So like, take the agriculture specialist: I have a quest with the objective of getting echinocactus, one for getting solar vine, mordite... Every single one of them. The same for all the other specialists, the same for the initial base quest, the main quests etc.

I'm already on Eissentam and now, because I have all the main quests at every stage happening at the same time, npcs on stations won't talk to me and I can't warp wherever I want because some "anomalous" whatever is blocking.

Anyone else got this? Anyone know how to fix it? Geez, I don't want to lose this save...
