Was the price of the Ellis Island's steak special changed ?

Good day everyone, I just went to Ellis Island Hotel and Casino for the famous 9.99 steak special, but it was 14.99. I ordered a drink as well, but after I used "Play $5, Get $2” coupon" with the club card, I only got $2 off discount on the final price.

I was wondering if I ordered the wrong steak, but I did say steak special when I made my order.

I know this sounds silly, but may I ask if I misunderstood the way it worked, or the price had changed ?
