Charging Issue A1M

Recently I have an issue with my MSI claw, and it has been bugging me, so basically what happened was, when I plug it in, and it reaches a certain point like 90%-95% it would cycle between charging and discharging, causing heavy stutters on my handheld, I am not sure if it is a normal behavior or not, as I just had this device for less than a year. I haven’t set a battery limit for my charging, so far I did an EC reset, It fixed it for a while, and I am using the included OEM charger for it. Normally I will disconnect my charger once it reached 100% then charge it again once it reaches 23%. I did battery calibration a month ago
