Here’s a little background about my work experience:

2 years at CNX handling a Citi account as a Fraud Analyst
1 year of experience in Technical Support
3 years of experience in fine dining, restaurant.

I’m interested in exploring opportunities in an in-house company, particularly in financial accounts, where I can use my previous experience and continue growing my career.

I have a few questions:

1. Application process: How was your experience applying to Amex, Wells Fargo, or Citi? How many interviews and assessments did you go through?

2. Salary and benefits: How are the salary packages, HMO coverage, allowances, bonuses, and other benefits compared with BPO companies like Concentrix?

3. Work environment: How would you describe the management, work culture, and overall employee experience?

4. Application tips: What should I prepare for the interviews? Are there specific questions I should expect, especially for fraud-related or financial account positions?
