Abnormal RBC Morphology/Platelet Morphology? Low MPV

Is any of this concerning?

Lab Morphology showed:

RBC +1 Polychromasia +1 Stomatocytes +1 Teardrop Cells

Platelets "Adequate"

I have gradually declining MPV for the past 6 years, was in the 9's now in the 6's.

I also have stable MGUS, all other hematology labs are normal.
