@pay vs @topups processing speed

New to neobanc and just did some loading of account - I appreciate there are some speed differences with loading due to different processors - my @ topups are usually in 2 hours - using @ pay has now been 48 hours since left bank and still not in account - it did say 1-2 businesss days but wondering if there are any recent developments or simply waiting for it to process.
