💬 Mostly chat support, with occasional outbound calls for verification

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

🔹 At least 6 months in chat support, customer service, or contact center work

🔹 SHS graduate or higher

🔹 Decent typing speed (30 to 35 WPM) but sharp on grammar and accuracy

🔹 Not afraid to hop on a call when needed

🔹 Can commit to a 24x7 shift setup
