Every business has its own way of doing things, but I suspect many deal with the same frustrations: repetitive work, information getting lost, endless spreadsheets, finding clients, manual processes, or tasks/problems that simply take far too long to solve.

So I’m conducting a short study as part of a group project.

The goal is to identify recurring problems across different industries in Mauritius and better understand where businesses are losing time, money, or productivity.
