How hard is it to get a scholarship for an engineering course?

Hi! Im an ID123 graduating next year, and once I graduate, I will be the one supporting my brother’s college (tuition + living expenses, everything). He will be ID127.

My college is paid for by a scholarship, and I want the same for my brother since I had a good experience here in DLSU.

He wants to go into an engineering course. I’m from COB, so I don’t know how generous the school is when it comes to GCOE scholarships and grants. Has anyone here gotten a scholarship in GCOE? How hard is it to maintain, and how high is the bar to get one?
