Is 122,000km’s too high for a auto transmission (Hijet)

I’m looking at buying a Kei truck for tipping around the cabin. Only going to be putting 100 km a year if even on it, need it to be auto for the Mother in law.
The truck is priced really well, I’m considering it but slightly concerned about the transmission.
Timing belt was done at 80k.
