Vinyl sleeve replacement number

Hi so today I finally received my Clairo sleeve replacement since the one I received originally was very badly damaged. What surprised me is that I received a completely different number? Now I don’t really care about what number I get, but it did make me wonder, do they just slap random number on the replacements and are there now two pressings with the same number (the one I got as the replacement) 😅
