Deloitte USI – Bajaj Life Insurance has my name entered incorrectly. What should I do?

I noticed that my name has been entered incorrectly in the insurance records. Instead of [Your First Name] [Father’s Name] [Surname], they have entered it as [Father’s Name] [Surname] [Your First Name].

Has anyone working at Deloitte USI faced a similar issue with Bajaj Life Insurance? Should I get this corrected through Deloitte HR/Benefits team, or contact Bajaj Life directly?

Any advice would be appreciated.
