Regional pricing workaround

So my regional glyphline top-up website pricing is a bit steep, so I workaround it by purchasing via my JP region google play.

Do I risk my account getting bricked?
Does anyone doing it like this?

JP store and their yen currency right now make a favorable price range for me to spend. However, it’ll meaningless if all of my money go into an account that going to be inaccessible.
