Newb Vlad asking for help

Hey, I am peak Emerald 1 solo Q. Now I am just playing flex with friends for fun but I still want to play well.

I have got a couple of questions.

1, I know autoattacks are super important early but when exactly is the point when you stop autoattacking and only rotate skills? Like 60 dmg autoattack is probably useless when you hit 1K on spells?

2, How aggresive can I be level 1? I heard his lvl 1 is actually rather strong but I do not know any of the matchups yet so I have no idea what can I afford vs who.

3, Do you always go flash and ghost and Stormraiders? Are there any matchups where to pick ignite instead of flash? Could conqueror be worth it into a not so mobile and tanky team?

4, I see chall vlad players using W + E to poke enemy through the wave. I assume there are matchups where you can afford this and some where you have to hold your W for defense?

5, Do you build voidstaff? I watch Opat04 challenger Vlad and he usually goes Rocketbelt, boots, Stormsurge, Raba, Zhonya and Mejai's. No penetration.
