Trying to get tickets for Thun, Switzerland - any tips?

I used to live in Edinburgh, near Tynecastle, and have supported Hearts ever since. I'm based in Switzerland now and would love to catch the Conference League game in Thun. Does anyone know my chances of getting a ticket for the away section, and how/where those tickets are actually sold?

Thanks!
