Is there a wireless charger only for the airpods and apple watch?

Hello, I'm looking for a simple desktop wireless charging station only for airpods and apple watch, so not my phone or anything

I know the apple watch charger also works for airpods but I honestly want something a bit more desktop-style

Only thing I was able to find was the "makaqi 2 in 1 wireless charger" which is pretty cheap so I don't know if it's any good since I heard cheap wireless charger can even damage the battery even more than it already does
