What to do if you can't make wudu before you pray

I am currently in education and always make wudu before school starts so i can pray during lunch. I am capable of doing so but, i find it difficult to concentrate during my lessons because i am just trying to hold my wudu. I don't have any facilities where i can make wudu easily since i wear hijab and my school's toilets do not have an entrance door. are there any alternatives or ways that i can pray without wudu where my prayer is still accepted? please let me know!
