Though everyone says it's a pretty much saturated branch, ENT still has good private practice potential in kerala. South of kerala has ENTs saturated especially with TVM,Kottayam and Ekm having mushrooming aesthetic clinics with ophtha + ent facilities.So take it into consideration if you belong to these places.

Cooperate hosp pay less as we all know since ages. Northern side is best for settlement in terms of finding sr ship/jobs.

Ptm/kollam/Alleppey/idukki has extremely good scope if you can work at outskirts and villages.Also lots of collabs from hearing aid companies..

Govt service gives you a clutch for pvt practice, so if you getting ms ent in a govt college is best bet..
