My (F19) head says stop but my heart says no

I’ve been reading posts on Reddit. Everyone seems to have a fabulous time doing stuff with their family members, but no one talks about the remorse or conflicting feelings that I have. It’s almost 2 years since I first had sex with a close family member (M40+), the taboo is thrilling but the sense of guilt is also very real.

Recently I met a boy (M20) and I really like him. I know I need to stop doing stuff with my family member. And I’ve been trying really hard, but I don’t seem to be able to break the habit.
