Paint fumes during pregnancy

Hi,

I’m 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I work in dental office. I got there yesterday to found out that they painted half of the office after work hours. I wore k95 mask all day yesterday because of the fumes of the paint was very strong. The office doesn’t have any windows. I have been feeling itchy/sore throat and I have been coughing. I’m not sure where to go now or what to do?
